Question 1

What is the Ceynk Creator Program?

Accepted Answer

It is an initiative that gives creators a free Ceynk Pro subscription (LKR 4,990/year value) renewed every year at no cost. In return, you create and publish one simple video about Ceynk on a single social platform of your choice.

Question 2

What is the criteria to join?

Accepted Answer

You only need a minimum of 1,000 followers on any single social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or LinkedIn). Followers must be real, organic accounts (no bot-farmed or bought accounts), and you'll need an active Ceynk page (ceynk.lk/username) set up so your audience can see how you actually use the platform in your video.

Question 3

What does 'one simple video' mean, and how long should it be?

Accepted Answer

It means exactly 1 public video, typically 30 to 60 seconds long, on 1 social platform of your choice (e.g. an Instagram Reel, TikTok, YouTube Short/video, X post, or LinkedIn clip). We don't require an elaborate, highly edited tutorial unless that's your style — a quick product showcase, a screen recording showing your live Ceynk link in your bio, or simply a casual video talking about Ceynk is completely fine.

Question 4

Do I need to disclose that the video is partnered or sponsored?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For transparency and creator compliance, please include a clear disclosure hashtag in your video description or caption (such as #ad, #sponsored, or #ceynkpartner) to indicate that you received a free Ceynk Pro subscription in exchange for the video.

Question 5

Do I have to give a 100% positive review or follow a script?

Accepted Answer

No. We want you to speak in your own authentic voice. We never require scripted lines, fake praise, fabricated results, or forced positive reviews regardless of your experience. Share your genuine impressions, speak how you naturally speak to your audience (English, Sinhala, Tamil, or bilingual), and share your real experience.

Question 6

Will you ask for editing revisions, multiple platforms, or extra posts later?

Accepted Answer

No. Once your video is approved and published on your selected platform, your requirement is fulfilled. We will never quietly add rounds of editing revisions, demand cross-posting to other platforms, or ask for extra promotional posts, stories, or monthly updates after acceptance.

Question 7

How long is Ceynk Pro free?

Accepted Answer

Your subscription renews every year at LKR 0 — giving you free Ceynk Pro (LKR 4,990/year value) for the lifetime of the tier. To keep your annual renewal active, your promotional video must remain public (not deleted, archived, or set to private) on your profile. As long as your video stays live and your Ceynk page is active, your annual renewal remains 100% free.

Question 8

Is there a view cap or minimum view requirement?

Accepted Answer

No. There are no view caps, minimum views, or viral quotas required. Whether your video gets 200 views or 200,000 views, your free Pro subscription remains yours.

Question 9

What perks are included and what is coming next?

Accepted Answer

You unlock all Ceynk Pro features worth LKR 4,990/year including verified badge, custom domain mapping, Instagram Auto-DM & Auto-Reply bot (5,000 automated DMs/month), audience lead capture with CSV export, unlimited digital products, courses, and event tickets. More creator perks will roll out soon.
