When you visit a creator's link-in-bio page on Ceynk.lk, you agree to these terms:
- You may browse and interact with the creator's content and links
- You can make purchases of Ceynk Digital Content if offered by the creator
- You must respect the creator's intellectual property rights
- You agree not to misuse or abuse the creator's page
Purchasing Ceynk Digital Content
If you purchase Ceynk Digital Content from a creator's page:
- All Ceynk Digital Content sales are final and non-refundable
- Ceynk Digital Content is delivered electronically to your email
- You may not share, resell, or redistribute purchased content
- You are responsible for ensuring you can receive digital downloads
- Prices and availability are set by individual creators
- Ticket purchases include a 2% convenience fee paid by the ticket purchaser
Payment and Security
How payments are processed:
- All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
- Ceynk.lk does not store your payment information
- You will receive a receipt for all transactions
Content and Links

Child Safety Standards & CSAE Zero Tolerance
Strict rules for protecting minors across creator pages:
- Zero Tolerance: Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited
- Immediate Removal: Violating content is immediately removed and offending accounts are permanently terminated
- Mandatory Reporting: Violations are reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement

AI Creator Chats
Use of our AI creator chats and how related data is handled:
- By using AI creator chats, you acknowledge that chat content and related technical metadata may be retained to operate, secure, and improve the Service
- Chat data is stored in encrypted form with access restricted to creators and authorized teams for quality, safety, and reliability purposes
- We do not sell your AI chat data or share it with third parties for advertising or unrelated products
- Service providers acting on our behalf may process this data under strict confidentiality and data protection obligations
Ceynk Creator Program & Promotional Renewals
Terms governing promotional subscriptions, lifetime perks, and partner renewals:
- Definition of 'Lifetime' / 'For Life': Any reference to 'free for life' or 'lifetime' access in connection with the Ceynk Creator Program is defined strictly as the operational lifetime of the applicable tier or product offering (such as Ceynk Pro or Ceynk Ultra) on the Ceynk platform.
- Video Longevity & Public Availability: Annual renewals at LKR 0 are contingent upon the qualifying promotional video remaining publicly accessible (not deleted, archived, or set to private) on your approved social media profile. Deleting or archiving the video will result in the forfeiture of promotional renewal status.
- Audience Authenticity: Qualification requires a minimum of 1,000 real, organic followers on the designated platform. Accounts found using bot farms, purchased followers, or artificial engagement manipulation are strictly ineligible and will be removed from the program.
- Active Profile Requirement: Participating creators must maintain an active Ceynk profile (ceynk.lk/username) demonstrating genuine usage of the platform.
- Tier Evolution & Renewal Conditions: In the event that server, AI, storage, or third-party infrastructure costs require a restructuring or sunsetting of a promotional tier (such as Ceynk Ultra or Pro), Ceynk reserves the right to transition participants to an equivalent tier, adjust fair-use quotas, or require an annual platform update (such as 1 update video or activity confirmation per year) to renew, without penalty or unilateral revocation.
User Conduct
Expected behavior when using creator pages:
- Be respectful of creators and other users
- Respect creators' intellectual property rights
